Liquidation of FD for stroke patient.

11-May-2024 (In Civil Law)
My late father's twin brother suffered stroke 6 months. He is not able to speak/ is partially paralyzed. He has his own money in form or FD in bank and post office but his nominee is his sister who has left him and wants nature to take its course and does not wish to dissolve the money for his treatment/ rehabilitation centre treatment. We are not that great financially to help him. Please advise how can we use his own money for his treatment.

Request the bank official to visit home and take his signature/thumb impression on bank form to liquidate the FD with the bank. If there is any problem being faced in the process, request the bank manager to assist you in this process.
