Legality of studying regular college

Sir, I'm a student who studied regular college For 2 years now i got homeguard job can I ask permission for the superior for leave to study regular college of 3rd year degree is it legal to go to regular college by taking permission as a homeguard because it's a volunteer service

You may ask permission from your superior officer, if you have any evening duty or night duty you can do both at a time, by no objection of you officer, submit a letter of request to them , then you got permission

as a rule it is illegal if you have a better principal at the college you can negotiate with them to get a lenient attendance from the college it will be a problem only when you use both the college education and a job experience in a govt job that can arise problems
