I am constructing a house small. I have proper documents. Can a neighbour create problem

if you break the law neighbour can crete the problem, whatever you have the documents. But if you construct your house as per the law of your municipal authorty or gram panchayat authority or any house approving authority your neighbour can not create any problem u will construct ypur house as per your approved map
