Legal case where damage to walls because of construction by neighbour

Neighbour house is under construction and my walls are breaking they are underestimating. What can I do according to law.
If the neighbor's house is damaging your house then a suit for damages can be filed before the court of law and further if the construction is unauthorised then a suit for mandatory injunction can also be filed to demolish the unauthorised construction.Hope answered the question.

In your case you need first of all meet to neighbors and take the issue and instruct for your worry /problem.
If he ready to shot out than OK go ahead.
In the other hand, if your neighbor not to do any things than you take add with COURT OF LAW. Court direct to the respondent for compensation.

Dear sir
First you should file suit for injunction restraining the construction of the house any more showing the damages caused to your property. You can also file suit for damages on the ground of damages caused by your neighbour but you have to establish that damage is because of the construction by the neighbour.
