Legal Action Against Quarry Blasting Causing Damage and Making Our Hom

Our house is only 57 metres from a quarry in Kerala. Blasting causes severe vibrations, cracks, noise, dust and pollution, making our home unsafe. We approached the PCB, Geology Department, Village Office, Civil Station and Collectorate, but received no proper solution. Instead, we have faced immense mental trauma and feel the authorities are supporting the quarry. Due to fear for our safety, we were forced to move into a rented house. As citizens, where can we seek justice and our right to live

You can file a suit for injunction against the persons who are conducting the query restraining them from using An authorised explosive explosives and other materials also from interfering in your day-to-day life and also you can file for it before the High Court of Kerala seeking stay kind of license grand of license to the person for conducting the query

File RTI applications with the Mining & Geology Department and KSPCB asking for copies of the quarry's Environmental Clearance, mining plan, consent to operate, and distance certificates submitted by the operator. File a suit in court for injunction immediately.
