Legal action against Neighbor harassing while constructing house

we have demolised our old and constructing a new one and one of neighbour who has also constructed his house 10 years back and not left even 1 feet while building his house, Now he is insitisting us to leave 2 to 3 feet for constructing our house and has complined to bbmp. kindly advise

Dear friend, Never spare such neighbor because he may cause more harm to you. Just file a private complaint against him and his family members then he will comes to terms. Let him go the civil court to exercise his rights. You can also lodge complaint with BBMP as he violated construction conditions.
