Law of limitation for reporting bribery or corruption

What is the time limit for reporting bribery or corruption as per the law of limitation in india? What is the maximum punishment of the offence.
After the recent amendment in corruption prevention Act in 2015 since the punishment is increased upto 3 years minimum and 7 years maximum so crpc section 468 applies and according to that you can file Complaint or approach for FIR with three years generally previously it was 3 months . so Maximum is 7 years now.
