Firstly apply for survey and get a report mentioning no road to access later You can file a case before the court or concerned revenue authorities seeking easementary rights, you have to proceed early or else you have burden to prove.

A suit for declaration of your easementary right and permanent injunction to restrain the neighbour may be filed by you in the competent civil court. This will prevent the neighbour from disallowing you from passing through his alloted road by him via agreement. *This legal advice is limited to the information given.
