LAND NEIGHBHOUR OCCUPIED THE WAY

we have a land of 1.82 acr of aqua land and and it has two ways in that my front front land owner constructiong a building in line to the way and another side we have a agriculural canal in that also same own occupied the way not giving the way and thats that its not the way but its agricultural canal..how to proceed for this.
hi if he is not giving the way into the land then you could file petition to court seeking relief of injunction that he is encroaching upon the land and to restrain him from entering into agricultural land
