Land Dispute with Neighbor Land persons

Hi All, We are having 5 acres extent of agriculture land in our area and my neighbor land person filed a LTR case against us in RDO court. RDO sir gave judgment against us but our local MRO office didn't flow Form F proceedings and they didn't even give us any notice regarding Panchanama. We even went for Appeal in higher court and submitted Appeal copy in MRO before Panchanama date but still they have done panchanama with out our notice.. Kindly let suggest us what can be done now ?
