First and foremost, maintain evidence of all kind i. e. Phone recordings, whatsapp chats etc. In these evidence you smartly try to provoke her into speaking that there was never any physical relationship with her and various other things that are in your favour. Secondly you should make a complaint to the police by using online means and speed post if possible. Mention in the complaint that she is threatening to kill you and falsely implicate you for rape. This should be done with the intention to keep evidence that you had complained to the police about the threats so that if god forbid she takes any criminal action you can always show proof and prove it to court that her allegations are only to counter your complaint.

Dear querist,

This is highly unfortunate to hear. Firstly, in this situation your first step should be to file an anticipatory bail application before the honourable High Court as she has threatened you to file a rape case or sexual harassment case against you. In this situation the first in the matter is to safeguard you from unwanted arrest. Secondly, you should first file a complaint in the nature of non-cognizable report in the nearby police station stating the warnings of vexatious litigation against you. Thirdly, we should serve her A legal notice in the nature of stating all All that has happened between you and her and moreover it will be acting as a proof in case she filed a complaint against you. Finally, you should be aware that adultery is no more a criminal offence as per the recent Supreme Court judgement and therefore no criminal charge can be framed against you , Once we can establish the very fact that it was consensual either through chats or any other communication between you and her.
In case you need my assistin the
Matter I can be contacted for the same
