Yes Police Enquiry Kar sakti hai lekin 323,504 ipc me police daura beet likh Kar section 107 /116 crpc ke thath karyavahi ki ja sakti hai Jo ki ek sadhran Shanti bhang ki karyavahi ki ja sakti hai. Dono jamant pravarti ke apradh hai isiliye gabhray nhii . adhik jankar ke liye sampark kare . Mera number profile par set hai.

नहीं एनसीआर में सिर्फ कोर्ट के आदेश पर ही विवेचना की जा सकती है पर कभी-कभी मुकदमा एनसीआर में लिखा जाता है लेकिन उसमें विवेचना होने पर आवश्यक होती है ऐसा उस परिस्थिति में होता है जब चोट ज्यादा ही हो इंटरनल चोट
