Issue related to age in documents

Sir/mam, nI have completed my graduation now in july 2023 and my date of birth is 2005 which is not real, my real DOB is 2003 . According to my marksheet i have completed my graduation at age of 18. Will this create any problem in document verification in upsc and other govt exams? nAnd if it is... Then how it cam be solved?
