Issue of passport to my son Aged 2 Yrs -Objection raised by My Husband

As I was forced to leave my In-laws House due to their ill- treatment , I am living seperately with my 2 Yrs old son since sept 21. I have applied for issue of Passport for my minor son but my Husband had raised an objection to Passport Office Bhopal . So , please inform the legal process to remove my husband objection for issuing passport . I have also filled a FIR against my Husband u/s 498A in Nove 22 and that is pending in Bhopal District Court. I am working with one MNC as Manager.

You immediately file a writ petition in High court for seeking direction to the authorities to issue a passport for ur minor son as there is no valid ground available for rejection or withholding it . Also seek information from the passport authorities the reason for not issuing and the ground of objection raised by ur husband. Contact me for further help.
