issue of notice by post can be consider as cause of action

hi respected advocates my question is not regarding rti. my question is will the notice sent to the opposite party by post be consider as cause of action on the basis of which one can file a suit. as I was about to institute a suit but the cause of action is out of limitaion period which is 2 years therefore I just wanted to know that If I sent the notice by post to the opposite party will it be consider as cause of action kindly help

in this case which kind of cause is happened and which kind of notice you want to o send to opposite party??
if u tell the details regarding case then there is certain limitations for filling case against opposite party and also you are late to file case then there will be delay condonation application which you can do.

Limitation does not work like that
When the opposite party failed to make payments to you and after repeated requests and reminders you have to invoke your right to issue the notice so when you’re sending a notice there is already your limitation which is in place and that’s how you can send the notice and then file the suit or your illegal proceeding.
