Issue of fake disability certificate

3/4 candidates in X state govt exam have gotten fake disability certificate. Although I am trying to find information on them still it is difficult to get their documents. I want their medical checkup to be done in a state level medical college before Posting as after that the seats will get vacant and I'm the affected party in the waiting list. What to do that will not backfire and is legal? Where to complain? What course of action to take to get my rightful seat if they have misused the law?

You may approach the Hon’ble High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution by filing a writ petition seeking appropriate directions. In such a petition, you can pray for a direction to the concerned authorities to conduct medical re-verification of the disability certificates of the selected candidates through a competent State Medical Board before issuing their appointment orders. You may also seek a temporary stay on the final posting process until such verification is completed, as you are directly affected being next in the waiting list. The State Government, the examination or recruitment board, and the selected candidates can be made parties to the petition. Courts in similar circumstances have ordered such re-verification to protect fairness and genuine merit.

try to obtain documents through Right to Information Act that will be legal and will not backfire you, if you feel difficulty in try getting help from an advocate or person having proper legal knowledge
