06-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
I am 70 years old and wish to file a civil case but cannot personally go in court before oath commissioner or judge. Will I get justice. If someone cannot go to court will he or she not get justice.

You can give special power of attorney to some younger member of your family to file civil suit on your behalf after engaging an advocate. All required process for the civil suit institution will be carried out by the person on your behalf and you need not go to the court for that purpose. Even if your evidence is to be recorded that can be done by appointing local commissioner for the this purpose by the civil court who can come and record your evidence at your place of residence.
