Is NOC required to fight my own case in person if i have an advocate

My friend is an advocate.He is representing me in a case. He is abroad for the next 6 months. I want to continue my case in person during this period. He will continue after that. Is NOC required in this circumstances. He will raise no objection on me appearing during this period in future that is for sure But I do not want to ask for NOC from him Indranil Mukherjee

When you have appointed any advocate in any case,you shall not be eligible to represented until and unless you r submitting on objection vakalatnama..In the case where the appointed advocate intentionally harassing you or you r enable to reach with him,u may submit a petition ,stating that the original fact and if court allow your petition,you may appear.
