is my position legal if I occupy the plot without north road

24-Jan-2023 (In Civil Law)
Hi Sir/Madam, Vendor(land lord) sold his land by dividing into four plots, which all has east road(60feet). As per saledeed my plot(no:3) has north(30feet) & east(60feet) road. As per my south neighbor plot(no:2) saledeed, there is no mention of north road in it and mention as vendor land. As per my North neighbor plot saledeed, there is a mention of "proposed road(30 feet)" in the south. But on ground, there is no north side road to my plot. After few years, the landlord sold the backside land of these plots by separate layout.

It sounds like there may be discrepancies between the information in the sale deeds for your plot and your neighbors' plots regarding the existence and width of a north road on your property. Additionally, it seems that the landlord later sold land behind these plots through a separate layout. To determine your rights and responsibilities in this situation, you should consult a real estate attorney or a land surveyor. They will be able to review the sale deeds and any other relevant documents, and advise you on your legal options.
