Is it possible to have a stay on a vacated ex parte injunction

The Trial Judge has vacated my ex parte injunction due among others 1. Suppression of material facts 2. Reliefs being sought in the Inter Parte application are too many than previously sought and granted in the ex parte application 3. No triable issue (despite the fact that the Respondents took money from my account without my authorisation).
i need to see your order, because as per your versions the order passed passed by judge is challengable, but i need to know exact contents of the same, so in order to delay in challenging the said order, please visit my office as early as possible

You will have to appeal in the said case, as the facts were not cleat put out to the judge, the reliefs you sought in this application were already sought for in the previous ex-parte application and the issue was not triable as per the judge. The appeal will have to drafted by a well-learned counsel dealing all these aspects and should be on merits so that it gets admitted and you get your relief.
