Is it illegal to study while in a government job

Sir my wife was a para teachra(non gvnt job) during2003 to 2019 but now she is in gvnt job..she was done her graduation in 2007 by regular course...but in that period she was attend her class in college in her holiday...and she was attend in exam by taking cl...otherside as a mentioned that para teacher contact basis job and every year there is renewal...in that sistuation what can we do legaly?

The work as you stated here that your wife has been conducted neither can stand it justified nor it is legal, therefore, issue may as and when matter come before the authority in concern, to come out from the situation you may need to comply certain that can be less effective on the profession of your wife.
