Is a person can do full time course while doing contractual job
A person can do a full time course while doing a contractual job. Do not disclose the contractual job information in your CV for the job. Also do not tell the college/university about your contractual job while undergoing full time course else college/university may ask for NOC from the employer of contractual job. For a distance education degree course, you can do a contractual job without requirement of NOC from employer of any job.
