Hi, I need to file a injunction to stop life insurance death claim amount disbursement to nominee who is not a legal heir nor a relative. The insurance company has asked for succession certificate from the nominee or from me(legal heir). So I need to file an injunction to stop any payment of claim amount by insurance company if somehow the nominee gets the succession certificate claiming no heirs. I need to know the injunction court fees in Calcutta civil court.
Yes you can file a suit for declaration and injunction before ld city civil court at calcutta.but it is important to comply notice under section 80 of cpc LIC is government understanding or you have to pray leave of the court under section 80 of cpc.
