Mere husband ko Maharashtra m agricultural land leni h aur wo mere naam s land leni h because mere father madhya pradesh m farmer h lakin jo bhi documents h wo mere father k naam k h toh mujhai kon s documents ki need hogi jisse mere husband mere naam s agricultural land purchase kar sake. Plz help me.

To buy agricultural land in Maharashtra: You need documents proving you are an agriculturalist (farmer). Since the land is in your father's name (MP), establish your legal share/inheritance in his MP land records (Khatauni). Get a farmer certificate (P.A. 1A) from MP authorities.

Agar aap apne naam par agricultural land lena chahti ho, to aapko khud “agriculturist” prove karna hoga. Sirf aapke father farmer hain, is basis par direct land purchase allow nahi hota. Aapko kaun-kaun se documents / steps chahiye Father ke farmer documents 7/12 extract / Khasra–Khatauni (MP ka) Land ownership proof (aapke father ke naam) Relationship proof Birth Certificate / School LC jisme father ka naam ho Legal declaration / Affidavit Ki aap farmer ki daughter ho Aap farming background se belong karti ho Collector / SDO se permission (MOST IMPORTANT) Maharashtra Land Revenue Code ke under Application with above documents Approval ke baad hi registry possible hoti hai Normal purchase documents Aadhaar, PAN Marriage certificate Address proof (Maharashtra residence) Important point ⚠️ Aapka husband aapke naam se land tabhi kharid sakta hai jab Collector aapko agriculturist accept kare.
