Can an individual file a complaint in a court without lawyer? If yes, what is the complete process. Also let me know, if discussion on phone would be treated as an evidence in the court.
Yes you have right to defend your own case before the court of law. Under CPC and even in the advocates act there is a provision.

You wont. You need evidence to prove the facts in order to win your case. You have no case without evidence. If the other party agrees with your facts, you and the other can sign and date a Stipulation of Acknowledged Facts, and then submit the case based on this.
