Individual file a complaint in a court without lawyer
11-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
Can an individual file a complaint in a court without lawyer? If yes, what is the complete process. Also let me know, if discussion on phone would be treated as an evidence in the court.
Yes you have right to defend your own case before the court of law. Under CPC and even in the advocates act there is a provision.
Further, in the absence of primarh evidence court may allowed to lead the secondary evidence which shall includes electronic communication etc.
