Incorrect name on legal notice

I have received a legal notice on my WhatsApp number. While the message is addressed to me, the notice is addressed to someone other person . However the address is mine. Is this a valid legal notice. Do i need to respond to the notice?

A legal notice must be correctly addressed to the intended recipient. If the notice is sent to you but addressed to someone else, it may be a clerical error or misdirected. However, since the WhatsApp message is directed at you and the address matches yours, it’s advisable to verify its contents.

Well, the Legal Notice is valid or not, that needs to be assessed by asking questions to you. The answers which I am going to get, on the basis of which, I can tell, whether the Legal Notice served upon you is legal or not!
