Inam Land (Wakf Board Case) Pending In Suprem Court

09-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
Inam land issue, we purchased 3.3 Acres land from regestered partition deed (1945) as per records that land is given by nawab for serving mosqu. It is a private inam. But wakf board claimed that it is a service inam nothing but wakf property. We won case in High court in 2011 after this wakf board went to supreme court now case is pending in suprem court. We are having 1945 registration document in that it is stated that land is gifted by nawab for serving mosqu. An other hand wakf board is not having any proof to clame this property. And district collector and MRO given letter stating that this property is not belongs to wakf board. And said that this propert records are not found in the wakf board propert records. And I want to conform whether this propert comes under inam abolishion act 2019 (Andhra Pradesh) So, please give clarification and solution in this case.
