I'm the owner of ground floor and first floor in a four storey residential building old construction kothi in delhi the second and third floor owners are claiming front and rear setback as they have combined 50 percent uds on plot and saying according to delhi apartment ownership act of 1986 they have equal right in the open space in plot nThe partition deed states that common entrance passage and stairs from ground to top floor is exclusive right of second and third floor owners nDoes Delhi apartment ownershipnact apply on residential old construction building and can they claim the front and rear setback?
