I gave 27k for my classmate. He asked money for his business and promised me a share until he repays me money. Since his repayment is delayed, due to some issues our friendship was deteriorated. I have doubt that he used it for said purpose or not? How can I get it back. I have all UPI proofs and call recordings Through small causes court or ?? Is it better approaching court in this issue?

First issue legal notice thru registered post., later you want file recovery case in civil court. another option: if you have call records and UPI payment Proof you can directly go to Local police station near by your area and seek police help to recover money. Police might say to file case either criminal or civil in court, but you can say it takes longer process, and consume more time, you require money urgently and friend has chances to abscond. so two ways are there for your problem choice us yours. good luck
