Illegal temple construction in society

I have purchased a flat in a group housing ociety in Ghaziabad, UP. In our society current RWA is trying to build a temple. The temple is not present in original layout plan of society.
Can RWA with the consent of majority residents build a temple even if it is not present in original layout plan. How can we prevent the RWA to build the temple
Myself and only few residents are against building the temple. What legal remedies we have.
you can approach to the Ghaziabad civil court against the construction and can get an injunction order against the society. the court will grant an interim order and later on the basis of the facts of your case can pass a permanent injunction order.
