Illegal Flat Construction At Stilt Parking

Hello, I stay in builder flat at Faridabad, Haryana. Initially there was no construction on stilt parking but after some time builder started building a flat there and sold to some other party through some POA. This flat was not occupied. Meanwhile due to High Court order a demolition drive was carried out by Municipal Corporation of Faridabad (MCF) few months back and this flat constructed at stilt parking was fully demolished by MCF. Now after some time the buyer of that stilt flat is trying to do construction illegally without coming into anyone notice. Please guide how this illegal construction at stilt can be prevented in legal way?

submit a written complain to Municipal Corporation for illegal construction as well as a copy of complaint to Faridabad Town & country planning Department.this is enough for demolition of illegal construction. you can also send a copy of complaint to Director of Town & Country Planning department and chief minister office.
