Illegal confiscation of personal belongings by landlord

31-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
I was unemployed and didn't find the right job for a long time & couldn't manage to pay rent as well. My govt ID aadhar & other ID CARDS are of coimbatore city TAMILNADU. I had to move around for work & had fallen sick. The landlady at mehrauli delhi confiscated all my academic stuff and certificates and bike. Laptop + cameras + other belongings. She refused to handover my belongings. I need a cost effective way to retrieve all of it back from them. Is it possible?

The cost effective and easiest way is to send her a legal notice and lodge a police complaint against her in PS Mehrauli. I have dealt cases in PS Mehrauli previously. If you need assistance you may consult me.

In Delhi she can't. In Telangana she can because the high court encourages such acts.
