I would like to know about QVI club

Hi,
I would like to know about QVI club & QNET is that a fraud company ? I gave then 3L rs and in return they scam me with a holiday package for 10 years, I was not even aware that they are taking this money to buy this holiday membership Nob 2018 they took the amount I didn't even know what step I should take can you please suggest what should I do, or is their any way to get the money back.
Query perused. We can't comment about the company. However, in case they decive you into parting with the money by misrepresentation we can initiate legal action. Further we would like to peruse the documents executed with the company. I would advise you to issue a legal notice seeking refund failing which a suit for recovery can be initiated in the court of law.

You shall send them a legal notice asking them to refund your money or else they shall be liable for the legal consequences. The legal notice gives them a way to refund your momey before you file a suit or a police complaint.
