I wish to obtain court order for my birth certificate

I wish to obtain court order for my birth certificate. I have wrong date of birth on my SSC 10th grade certificate. I was told by SSC BOARD to get court order for birth certificate( I am trying to change date ofbirth in SSC CERTIFICATE after 30 yrs). How can I apply for the same, as I require it for employment purposes also.

As mentioned by you, you have to apply for name change after which you can apply for job. The process is done by Gazette office and in certain cases court case is required to be filed for getting name changed

please find out from SSC board as to whether they have done such date change before for anybody else and if so, then ask them to share sample court order they have got. you need to file a suit for declaration under civil procedure code and produce proof of correct date and also reason for why date is different in 10th certificate and in your petition ask for order directing SSC board to change the date and give u new original 10th certificate
