I want to file a case . I was relationship with one girl so she cheat

Dear sir/ madam. Good morning. I want to file a case on her because, she was in relationship with one girl since 3 years she said that will marry you . I'm having proofs also sir. But now she is saying that I won't marry . So please help me.
you can file cheating case again sir if an opportunity given to me I'll file criminal case against and recover the amount we should have old evidence pertaining 2D cheating case we have to file private complaint Hindi quote of judicial first class magistrate

question is not clear.
One cannot insist anybody to get marry him. because marrigae shiuld be with free consent.
one can not file any case against anybody by compelling (witch is amounts to a crime also). promises cant play any role.
