I Want To Complain In JHARKHAND EDUCATION TRIBUNAL Against DAV Bist.

I admitted my son for nursery in DAV Bistupur, in March they took 25000 in the name of admission, and in May they are asking 10000 more for annual charge other than quarter fee of 5500, I have inquired in other DAV in jamshedpur that is in patelnagar and NIT campus adityapur, they took only 10000 in the beginning of the season which included the admission, annual charge and fee for 1st quarter, inspite of beign managed by the same management of DAV, Delhi. Moreover the school prescribes the reservation of 75% forTata employee ward as it is in association with Tata steel, as it is on Tata steel land. I came to know about JET but do not know the process on how to apply for it.please help me to know is my point valid and can I fight for it
well, as you told earliar ther are enough grounds to complaint against the said school. you may complaint before CBSE DELHI OR District Consumet Forum under various allegations such as Unfair Trade practice, MRTP ACT etc. You may also use RTI and RTE Acts. For these you may conssult physically with entire documents with a Lawyer . your complaint petition should be drafted in the eye of law i.e. by the lawyer , if you wish to gain a fruitful result.
