dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if they have denied or have violated the terms and conditions of the agreement as per your agreement you have a right to withdraw it by giving them the formal notice for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
An agreement of sale does not constitute an actual sale. Rather, it signifies a contract of sale, which is legally enforceable. It is crucial to understand that no party can take possession of the property before the execution of the sale deed. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the sale deed will eventually be executed. It serves as a commitment from both parties to adhere to these terms, ensuring a lawful and orderly transfer of ownership upon finalization. Any attempt to take possession prior to this formal execution is not only premature but also legally indefensible.
