I want to change my surname and caste and use it from my mother's side. what is the procedure, time involved, and charges?

Dear Queriest if you want to change your surname you can do the same through an online procedure which may cost you from 1000 to 2000 rupees as per government charges applicable for change in caste please feel to call me for the same.
