I want to cancel my old birth certificate

Actually my aadhar dob has been cros the limit i want to change my dob with my new birth certificate and I want to cancel my old birth certificate

You can file a declaration suit under section 34 of the specific relief act, 1963 and regulated by the code of civil procedure (CPC), 1908, to legally confirm a person’s legal status. In the declaration suit , once it’s get verified, you will get the order for your new date of birth.

You have write an application along with affidavit and contact with the office who generates your birth certificate with necessary documents and genuine reason. After that according to rule they will move for the further process.

Aadhaar DoB limit cross hone ke baad normal update nahi hoga. Iske liye aapko Aadhaar Seva Kendra jaakar naye Birth Certificate ke sath enrollment karana hoga, phir rejection/enrollment slip aur ek self-declaration affidavit UIDAI Regional Office ko mail ya post karna hoga. Sath hi, do birth certificate rakhna illegal hai, isliye purane certificate ko cancel karane ke liye local Municipal Corporation/Registrar office me application deni hogi. Agar wo cancel na karein, toh court se Civil Suit file karna padega. Proper legal drafting, affidavit preparation aur is case ke complete solution ke liye Adv. Sudesh ke sath legal consultation appointment book karein.

ok you can go to the aadhar office along with the relevant documents you want to cancel my old birth certificate yoy want new certificate or go online to aadhar or go to the offices and submit documents
