Sir , I have done self harm in my hand there are some small visible blade marks in my hand . Sir can I get government job or in future I can not get any government jobs for the marks.

Dear Client, So far I understand similar query was responded earlier. However, please be informed that based on the nature of cut mark whether it is self inflicted or accidental it's affect on your career may vary. While in some government jobs like police, armed forces where full body check up is carried out, such cut mark may be a cause of concern in course of screening or back ground verification (BGV) check of the applicants, otherwise for administrative and other white colour jobs it may not be a cause of concern unless such cut mark is supported by the criminal history recorded by the NCRB.
