I Need To Know Parking Laws Outside Residential Society

Hi , can RWA dictate parking outside residsntial housing society or not. They are not allowing cars of owners to park outside society on side road.

See, outside the society, the roads and land shall be public property and shall be governed by local laws prevalent. That because of this, the RWA won’t be responsible for any damage to your car outside the society. Moreover you can ask the RWA to coordinate and arrange car parking space wither in the society area or outside also but with the permission of the relevant government departments governing the same.
