i lost my passport in my husband house now i applied for divorce

i lost my passport in my husband house now i applied for divorce what should i do. My passport is with them for sure. But they are refusing to give it and they are able to manage with police and women welfare organisation when I raised complaint against them (may be with money) so I am vexed to get my passport back.

You can file an application in District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) in your region praying to get the passport from your husband. such petition may help you from getting your passport back from your husband and in-laws.
