I have some doubt in my carrier relating self harm scarsr.

Sir , I have self harm scar (Blade mark) in my hand . Currently I am preparing for government jobs. My quarry is for this cut marks can I not be able to get a government job. Which jobs can I get with this cut marks. If their exsist in any law in india which says that self herm can not be a only reason for that one can not get a job .how can law help in this matter.

Dear Client, Based on the nature of cut mark whether it is self inflicted or accidental, it's effect may vary. While in some government jobs like police, armed forces where full body check up is carried out, such cut mark may be a cause of concern in course of screening or back ground verification (BGV) check, otherwise in administrative or other white colour jobs, it may not be a cause of concern unless such cut mark is supported by criminal history recorded by NCRB.
