I have purchased a scooty in July last year. Till now i have not received my RC book. I visited repeated number of times to RTO office but no one responded. I'm paying fine every time to traffic police for not carrying RC with me. RTO staff not responding to my words kindly look into the matter. And guide me.
first visit their office and make a representation to the RTO stating that I have visited your office and requested for issuance of RC and if he doesn't take any action then we can file case against him in High Court.
