I am not able to apply for Death certificate of my husband.


28-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
I am from Karwar Karnataka, me and my husband shifted to Hyderabad due to job transfer to Hyderabad.2 months back my husband had an unfortunate death due to heart attack. But he was brought back to Karwar after his death and was cremated there. I have the cremation certificate. But i am not able to apply for a DEATH CERTIFICATE in Hyderabad, nor in Karwar. What do i do?

hello madam what is the reason they are saying for refusing to issue certificate either in Hyderabad or Karwar please let me also send me the cremation certificate i have send message on WhatsApp as well

you should intimate the matter with in 3 weeks to the concerned (municipal corporation) inorder to record the matter in their records. here in your case delay has been taken place which is an excusable one since it is a little delay. you can make an application with the municipal corporation authorities where your husbandcrem
