I am adjudged Uncontested - ABSCONDER in 2012? How to finish the case?

A complaint against me of nearly Rs 25K was filed. Due to some regional disturbances (Nksli) I had to leave that area and I never appeared before court. The court adjudged me as Uncontested - ABSCONDER for that case in 2012. I am ready to pay the money, is there any way to close the matter and get over Permanent Warrant issued in my name.
You may come out from the situation, legally. You have to file case to get relief before the court in concern
