Husband in jail , I want to help him but how I don't know

Mere husband mujhse e calling karna chahte he ,aur wo jail me he ,jail me wo suicidal stage par he ,Aisa kaise possible he ?iss condition me mai kya karu?agar me ecalling karti hu to adhar card register karana hoga aur wo lifetime record me aa jayega jiski wajhe se mere dono baccho ke future me problem ho sakti he shayad,aur jail me yadi mere husband ne suicide kar liya to ? please guide ?
