Have a death certificate and a family certificate of your father and meet with halka lekhpal he will ini ate the proceeding to endorse the name of all family member in revenue record ant it will take some time to complete it

Mr. Gyan you have not mentioned that are only legal heir of your father or there are some others. You should apply for mututation of names of legal heirs to Tehsildar of your tehsil along with death certificate of your father
