how to stop property sell of a ill person

i am legal heir of my fathers property who is paralysed, my another two bro are not at home , and i am too not near my father, since i had fight with my uncles 3 months back. and now they started selling property in which my father is also share holder. my father isnt in condition of denial or bargain, so they are just taking his sign of agree, and selling. i want them to restrain further selling other property of my father without OUR rightfull legal heir's permission. problem is i or my another bros can not go home because of uncles strength n majority of supporters, and even we can not get fathers succection certificate etc, so what should we all heirs do in this situation, i myself dont want my fathers priperty get sold uselessly without need
