How to stop interchanging names on property by family members

My father had bought the plot.And the registry of that plot was half on my name and half an my brother's name.There is a road from front of this plot.The area of plot adjacent to road was in name of my brother.But,my brother is dead.Now,the area of plot is on the name of bride and my brother's children's.The age of my brother's children's is 16 and 10 years.Now,i want to interchang the names.As the front area of plot is on my way(mere ko aayi hai).They all are to to interchange names.What should I do?

As you have mentioned that you and your brother are joint owners and your brother has died. For interchanging the plot, you have to get deed of exchange registered at concerned sub-registrar of properties by make your brothers wife to sign it.

As per your query Your father has purchased plot in the name of you and your brother which is no more. And the said half property is in the name of widow of your brother and minor son. And now you want to change the name from back to Frant portion. If your brother widow agree to do the same than only you able to change the name. You can approach land record office to to this work.
